THE ENTOURAGE GROUP - Storekeeper

For our growing restaurant group, we are looking for an accurate, organized, and proactive Storekeeper / Warehouse Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for warehouse management, inventory control, administrative processing of orders, and supporting the daily logistics operations of multiple restaurants.

You will work with a wide range of catering and restaurant supplies, including fresh, chilled, frozen, and dry goods, beverages, disposable items, tableware, linens, printed materials, and office supplies.

What will you do?

Operational Responsibilities

• Place new orders with regular suppliers.

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming deliveries.

• Pick and distribute orders for the restaurants.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse.

• Keep shelving, transport equipment, and storage areas clean and organized.

• Process returned goods and record them accurately.

• Replenish restaurant inventory in a timely manner.

• Assist with other logistics tasks as requested by the Operations Manager.

Administrative Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate warehouse inventory records.

• Monitor stock levels and adjust minimum and maximum stock quantities based on usage and supplier lead times.

• Perform monthly stocktakes (inventory counts).

• Verify incoming invoices against goods received.

• Ensure invoices are processed promptly so the finance department can make timely payments.

• Check that no invoices or deliveries are missing.

• Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records.

• Archive purchasing documents and inventory reports.

• Assist with maintaining and improving the inventory management system.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory management role, preferably within the hospitality or catering industry.

• Works in a structured, accurate, and reliable manner.

• Is comfortable with administrative processes and inventory management.

• Can work independently while also being a strong team player.

• Is able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

• Has good communication skills and works well with colleagues and suppliers.

• Is physically capable of lifting and moving goods, crates, and boxes.

• Has experience using computer systems and/or inventory management software.

• Is flexible and able to perform well during busy periods.

• Is comfortable working standing and walking in the warehouse, working with roll cages and trolley/warehouse shelving.

• Working with chilled / frozen deliveries

• Working with HACCP standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
