With our Michelin star recognition and commitment to culinary excellence, we are seeking a passionate and driven Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team.

As Sous Chef, you will work closely with our Executive Chef to lead, inspire, and elevate the kitchen brigade. You will play a vital role in menu development, quality control, and the day-to-day running of a refined, high-volume kitchen. Precision, creativity, and leadership will be key to your success.

Job requirements

Your Responsibilities

  • Support and guide the kitchen team in daily operations

  • Ensure consistent execution of dishes to the highest standard

  • Contribute to seasonal menu planning and innovation

  • Uphold hygiene and safety protocols in line with HACCP regulations

  • Manage kitchen inventory, orders, and supplier relationships

  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff

Your Profile

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar Sous Chef role within a fine dining or Michelin-starred environment

  • Passion for culinary excellence and refined European cuisine

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • High attention to detail and quality

  • Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)

  • Flexible and resilient under pressure
