What You’ll Do
As a Pastry Intern, you will work alongside our skilled pastry team in the creation of refined desserts, plated sweets, and petits fours that align with the high standards of fine dining. Your role will include:
Assisting in the preparation of intricate and seasonal dessert components
Gaining hands-on experience in high-end plating techniques and mise en place
Learning to work with premium ingredients and innovative methods
Contributing to the creative process of dessert menu development
Maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and kitchen discipline

Job requirements
About You
You are currently enrolled in a pastry or culinary arts program (MBO Level 3/4 or equivalent)
You have a strong eye for detail and a refined palate
You are passionate about pastry and eager to work in a fine dining setting
You are motivated, disciplined, and thrive in a team
