The Job

Our barbacks are hardworking, dedicated and strive to deliver the superior level of customer service that we are known for. Our teams have bags of personality and are confident working in a fast pace environment whilst maintaining THE ENTOURAGE GROUP’s high standards. Requirements

• Physical fitness: Barbacks must be able to lift heavy boxes of supplies, such as kegs of beer or cases of liquor, and be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work under pressure: Barbacks must be able to work efficiently and remain calm in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Good communication skills: Barbacks must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with bartenders, other staff members, and management.
• Availability: Barbacks often work evenings, weekends, and holidays, so they should be available to work during those times.
• Knowledge of safety and legal regulations: Barbacks should have a basic understanding of safety and legal regulations related to serving alcohol, including recognizing signs of intoxication, and complying with local alcohol serving laws.
• North Holland: Living in Amsterdam or nearby (flexible with commuting)
