We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Event Coordinator to join our team at THE BUTCHER SOCIAL CLUB, part of THE ENTOURAGE GROUP. This all-around role blends event planning, sales relations, and guest hosting, providing a unique opportunity to craft unforgettable experiences while driving business growth. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What you’ll do

• Plan and run events that leave a lasting impression.

• Seek out new clients, events, and supplier partnerships.

• Build great relationships with vendors, clients, and guests.

• Handle event logistics, budgets, and contracts.

• Be the welcoming face at events, ensuring guests feel valued and cared for.

• Bring fresh ideas and stay on top of trends in hospitality and events.

Who you are

• Fluent in English.

• Lives in Amsterdam or nearby.

• Versatile and hands-on: ready to tackle anything.

• A people-person who loves connecting and building relationships.

• Motivated, organized, and confident in sales and networking.

• Warm, professional, and passionate about creating memorable experiences.

• Flexible for events outside normal hours.
