As far as we are concerned, a company is the sum of the individuals who comprise it. So what do we look for? Awesome spontaneous who love coffee and bartending.


We are looking for an outgoing and hands-on individual, with great knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and coffees. Passionate coffee lovers, who get excited by making creative lattes and strong espressos. Energetic, confident bartenders with knowledge of alcoholic beverages and good time management skills. The ideal candidate will possess excellent service skills, and thrives in a busy work environment.


ROLADIN started in 1989 in Israel and counts 89 branches today. The property in Westfield Mall is the first venue of ROLADIN in The Netherlands. It will mostly serve sweets, drinks, such as alcoholic beverages, the best coffees, and other refreshments.


Job requirements

Responsibilities

  • Greet all guests with a smile and provide friendly, efficient service
  • Offer complementary and additional products (up-selling)
  • Prepare coffee, tea, and espresso drinks (both hot and cold)
  • Prepare a variety of cocktails and other beverages.
  • Assist in keeping stations and front of house clean and orderly
  • Assist in maintaining consistently high product standards and brand perception
