What You’ll Do

At MR PORTER, desserts are crafted with the same bold philosophy as our steaks – striking, stylish, and unforgettable. As a Pastry Intern, you’ll:

• Support in the preparation of refined, beautifully plated desserts that complement our high-end menu

• Learn to balance powerful flavors with subtle, sophisticated presentation

• Gain experience with premium ingredients and modern techniques

• Collaborate on dessert development with our creative team

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and teamwork in a fine dining kitchen

About You

• You’re currently studying pastry or culinary arts (MBO Level 3/4 or similar)
