For our first ever-signed restaurant MOMO Amsterdam, we are looking for an amazing, hands-on, passionate Junior Sous Chef. The MOMO “family” is always striving for perfection; sparing no effort to obtain the very best products the world has to offer. From the decorations on the walls to the array of beautiful ingredients with each their own particular palate.
MOMO’s executive chef who is also the culinary mastermind of all concepts of The Entourage Group, created the menu of subtle Asian flavours with the sophistication of Western cuisine. Highly creative dishes honour ingredients. Flavour and textures work together in the most vibrant and light recipes. Among them are MOMO’s signature dishes like the black cod with spicy miso, and the MOMO roll with tuna, salmon, sea bass, avocado and tarragon miso.
As our Junior Sous Chef, you will be a part of the second in command in our kitchen, following our Executive and Head Chef’s specifications and guidelines. Furthermore, our ideal candidate will employ its culinary and managerial skills in order to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our guests “wow” factor and satisfaction.
