For our amazing IZAKAYA Munich, we are looking for a hands-on, passionate Demi Chef de Partie who will be a part of the leading team of our IZAKAYA kitchen team. We are seeking a Demi Chef de Partie, who will be dedicated, passionate, and highly motivated to keep the IZAKAYA brand on the international fine-dining map. You will learn how to prepare the necessary ingredients for your team members in order to create the signature dishes of IZAKAYA. It is also important to help your team with, cleaning the workplace, working according to the HACCP method, and assisting by the distribution of stocks if needed. The ideal candidate is a team player, is interested in working in a Japanese kitchen, and can be a true ambassador for the IZAKAYA brand. Furthermore, our ideal candidate will employ its culinary and managerial skills in order to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our guest's “wow” factor and satisfaction.
