For our amazing IZAKAYA on Ibiza, we are looking for a Barback who is crazy about drinks! 

The Barback is responsible for ensuring that the IZAKAYA bar team always has the tools required to serve customers continuously on shift. Our Barback will keep all of the stations fully stocked with products, utensils and ice at all times. Our ideal candidate is interested in growing into a bartender role and someone who can work well under pressure in a team environment. 

Our Barback must be very personable, organized, and diligent in completing tasks. This fast paced environment asks IZAKAYA Barbacks to perform at the highest level, ensuring excellent service to our guests and our IZAKAYA team members on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Making sure everything is properly stocked
• Basic prep work behind the bar
• Assists guests in making food and beverage selections
• Positive attitude and aim to provide great communication skills

Requirements

• Attentiveness and patience for customers
• Passion for hospitality
• English needs to be spoken fluently
• Aim to deliver excellent presentation skills
• Organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Active listening and effective communication skills
• Team spirit
• Ability to have a flexible schedule and be able to work on nights, weekends, and or holidays
