IZAKAYA - Demi Chef de Partie

For our amazing IZAKAYA Amsterdam, we are looking for a hands-on, passionate Demi Chef. As Demi Chef you will have the patience, personality and perseverance to thrive in this role. To give quality service, both to guests and colleagues and to assist in a smooth running of operations. As our Demi Chef you will assist and participate actively in the departmental goals

We are seeking for a Demi Chef, who will be dedicated, passionate and highly motivated to keep the IZAKAYA brand on the international fine dining map. Furthermore, our ideal candidate will employ its culinary and managerial skills in order to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our guests “wow” factor and satisfaction. 

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar high-end restaurant as a Demi Chef de Partie

• Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends and public holidays

• A keen interest in working for a high-end restaurant

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced, high volume environment

• Located in or near Amsterdam

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

• Great team player

• To ensure that any anticipated shortages are communicated promptly to the Senior Chefs
