We’re looking for a Recruitment Intern!


Do you like to be involved in the Recruitment and Selection process of international A-list concepts, such as IZAKAYA Asian Kitchen & Bar, MOMO Restaurant, Bar & Lounge, and MR PORTER? Keep on reading: We’re looking for a Recruitment Intern to team up with our senior recruiter to drive the recruitment of the right candidates for our venues. 


Who are we looking for? For this position, we’re looking for a real ‘people’ person with a critical eye and heart for our brands. You get excited by the idea of finding excellent staff for our brands by using various digital recruitment tools and your critical eye. You set ambitious goals and are determined to provide our venues with the right employees. Meeting people and coming up with your own innovative recruitment ideas gets you out of bed in the morning. What will you be doing? Your main concern will be the recruitment and selection of club, restaurant and kitchen staff for all THE ENTOURAGE GROUP brands. 


After finding potential candidates, you’ll determine whether these candidates are a good match with our brand and values. Are you convinced of a good fit? Then you’ll be responsible for guiding him or her through the selection process. Our senior recruiter will be there to support and guide you throughout your internship. Job requirements

Our benefits package in brief:

 An internship stipend of 500 euros per month.

 A job with the prospect of permanent employment for 38 hours as a Jr. Recruiter for THE ENTOURAGE GROUP;

 You will take advantage of all benefits;
