Our Jr. Sous Chef Pastry strives to deliver the superior level of guest service that we are known for. They are hardworking, dedicated, and uphold exceptional culinary standards. Responsibilities

• Support the Pastry Sous Chef in managing the pastry team and daily kitchen operations.

• Ensure all mise-en-place is freshly prepared and ready on time.

• Assist in creating and maintaining recipes, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the correct standards and quantities.

• Supervise and train junior team members, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to hygiene standards.

• Oversee the kitchen in the absence of the Pastry Sous Chef, maintaining smooth operations.

• Communicate any anticipated shortages or issues to the Head Chef promptly.

• Contribute to menu development and strive for continuous improvement in techniques and presentation.
