We are currently seeking a Dining Manager to oversee all F&B operations for THE BUTCHER ALBERT CUYP.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a restaurant or food & beverage environment

• Proven experience managing front-of-house operations, including customer service and team supervision
  

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently

• Solid understanding of food and beverage service standards

• Financial acumen (e.g., cost control, budgeting, scheduling)

• Proficient in POS systems and reservation platforms

• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily dining operations, ensuring high-quality customer service

• Supervise and train front-of-house staff (waiters, hosts, bartenders)

• Manage shift schedules, attendance, and team performance

• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service

• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly

• Maintain cleanliness, health, and safety standards

• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed

• Support sales initiatives and promotions to enhance customer experience and revenue
  

Other Requirements:

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and manage floor operations

• Certification in food safety, hygiene or Social Hygiene (as required by local regulations is a plus)
