Ibiza presents a menu that is a fusion of the most refined dishes, unique flavor combinations, and

unparalleled techniques, featuring dishes of the highest quality that characterize the flirtatious and

ambiguous cuisine of MR PORTER.

The Job

Our Head Bartenders are hardworking, dedicated and strive to deliver the superior level of customer service that

we are known for. Our teams have bags of personality and are confident working in a fast-paced environment

whilst maintaining THE ENTOURAGE GROUP’s high standards. Be a part of THE ENTOURAGE GROUP’s team

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Head Bartender / Senior Bartender position.
• Extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, and beverage trends.
• Able to work efficiently and remain calm in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Manage inventory, control costs, and contribute to the overall success of the bar.
• Develop and curate an exceptional cocktail menu that complements MR PORTER's brand identity.
• Leadership skills to inspire a team of talented bartenders, fostering a culture of excellence and
• creativity.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with guests, other staff members, and management.
• Ensure the highest standards of service and presentation are maintained at all times.
• Living in Ibiza (flexible with commuting)
• You have your N.I.E. number to work in Spain
