The Job

Our Breakfast Waiters are hardworking, dedicated and strive to deliver the superior level of customer service that we are known for. Our teams have bags of personality and are confident working in a fast pace environment whilst maintaining THE ENTOURAGE GROUP’s high standards. • Providing excellent customer service: Ensuring that guests feel welcomed, valued, and attended to throughout their dining experience. This includes greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.

• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene: Keeping the dining area clean, organized, and presentable at all times. This involves regularly wiping down tables, resetting tables between guests, and ensuring that condiments and utensils are clean and well-stocked.

• Ensuring order accuracy: Taking orders carefully and accurately, double-checking special requests or dietary restrictions, and ensuring that the correct items are delivered to each table promptly and efficiently.

• Effective communication with kitchen staff: Relaying orders to the kitchen accurately and clearly, ensuring that any special requests or modifications are communicated effectively, and coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders.
