Ibiza presents a menu that is a fusion of the most refined dishes, unique flavor combinations, and

unparalleled techniques, featuring dishes of the highest quality that characterize the flirtatious and

ambiguous cuisine of MR PORTER.

The Job

Our bartenders are hardworking, dedicated and strive to deliver the superior level of customer service that we are

known for. Our teams have bags of personality and are confident working in a fast pace environment whilst

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a bar. This experience can be gained through entry-level positions such
• as barback, or through formal bartending training programs.
• Deep understanding of different types of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware, as well as how to
• properly prepare and serve various types of drinks.
• Friendly, personable, and able to engage with customers in a positive and professional manner.
• Bartenders must be able to work efficiently and remain calm in a fast-paced, high-pressure
• environment.
• Bartenders must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, other staff members,
• and management.
• Living in Ibiza (flexible with commuting)
• You have your N.I.E. number to work in Spain
