The Job

Our Assistant Restaurant Manager is hardworking, dedicated and strive to deliver the superior level of customer

service that we are known for. Our teams have bags of personality and are confident working in a fast pace

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Proven experience in a Management role within the hospitality industry.
• Assist in managing and leading the restaurant team to deliver exceptional service.
• Collaborate with the restaurant manager in daily operations and strategic planning.
• Supervise staff training and development programs to enhance team capabilities.
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve concerns, and contribute to a positive dining experience.
• Actively participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
• In-depth knowledge of fine dining service standards and restaurant operations.
• Ensure adherence to MR PORTER's high service standards and brand identity.
• Supervise daily operations to guarantee a smooth and efficient service flow.
• Train and motivate the service team to uphold MR PORTER's commitment to excellence.
• Living in Ibiza (flexible with commuting)
• You have your N.I.E. number to work in Spain
