THE BUTCHER Albert Cuyp is looking for a hands-on and motivated Supervisor to join the team. In this role, you’ll support daily operations, guide the team on the floor, and ensure that every guest enjoys a fast, friendly, and top-quality experience — every single time.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee the shift and lead the team by example

• Ensure smooth service and high guest satisfaction

• Support with training and motivating staff

• Handle operational tasks and help manage stock, planning, and cleanliness

• Communicate clearly with kitchen and management
  

What you bring:

• Experience in a hospitality or quick-service leadership role

• Strong people skills and a proactive attitude

• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)

• Stress-resistant and great at multitasking

• A team player with a sense of responsibility
